Job listings are for a period of one month
or when the job is no longer available, whichever is sooner. Fees are not prorated.
If a job is filled or otherwise becomes unavailable, no part of the $100
administrative fee for the listing will be refunded.
If a company wishes to keep the same listing
on the site for subsequent months, the monthly fee will be $90 per month, assuming no
changes are made to the listing. If changes are needed, the $100 fee will apply.
Listings must be for actual job openings or
planned future openings, not merely to collect résumés for future use.
Salaries or salary ranges may be included in
the job description, but are not required.
"Blind" ads will not be posted
unless through an employment agency. Either an employment agency name or a company
name must appear with each job listing on this site. We reserve the right to refuse
any listing and will refund any fees paid related to the refused listing.
Companies may link to their company website
or to job descriptions or company benefits located on their site.
Links to job openings on the main
(non-featured) section of this site are free for all businesses located in Virginia as
long as the requested link is on the website of the company actually offering the job.
Free links are not available for employment agency websites or
for job listing and resume submission websites.
