Our Service Representatives are directly responsible for providing a high
level of service to AT&T customers in our high-paced call centers.
What you'll do as an AT&T Service Representative:
- Recommend, sell and promote AT&T products and services
- Assist customers with orders and/or billing related issues
- Meet sales quotas and service objectives in a fast paced call center
environment
Qualifications:
Our Service Representatives must have a minimum of 6 months commission/quota
sales experience within the last 2 years OR 2 years of college education and be
able to:
- Input customer data and move quickly through online computer systems while
communicating with customers
- Receive satisfactory results from a background/employment history
investigation and drug screening
- Qualify on pre-employment screening
