We are looking for a detail oriented, extroverted person who takes pride in a
job well done. This job will best be done by someone with strong event and
project management skills and an interest in the Cleantech sector.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Attract qualified cleantech companies raising capital to apply to participate
in the Cleantech Forums and Cleantech Network services
- General Angel/Entrepreneur networks
- Entrepreneurial orgs in the cleantech industry sectors (solar, water,
transport etc.)
- Entrepreneurial incubators in the cleantech space
- Economic Development organizations
- Federal technology transfer
- University transfer
Qualifications
- A highly capable business-oriented individual with 10+ years of experience
in business startup and growth and/or technology commercialization
- Experience in developing business plans, strategic plans, marketing plans,
and technology commercialization strategies
- Experience coaching companies raising venture funding
- Familiarity with a broad range of technologies and the ability to
understand the business benefits/applications of those technologies
- A strong working knowledge of entrepreneurial support organizations
- Excellent listening and communications skills: written, verbal and
presentation
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering or science
