Job summary: The primary function of this position is to plan organize and direct the billings & collection activities of the City Treasurer s Office. The position is a very hands on working position that is responsible for the preparation, creation and mailing of city real estate and personal property tax bills, the administration of the parking ticket system, and administration and filing of State and Estimated Income Taxes.
